EligibilityOur services are generally available to individuals and organizations who can lawfully enter into arrangements under applicable Indian law.A person requesting services on behalf of a patient must have appropriate authorization where such authorization is required.Customers agree to provide accurate identifying information where necessary for safe and appropriate service delivery.Where a service involves a child or another person who requires lawful representation or consent, the appropriate parent, guardian, representative, or authorized person should provide the required information or authorization.We may decline, suspend, or modify a service where information provided is materially inaccurate, required consent is unavailable, safety requirements cannot be satisfied, or continued service would violate applicable law or platform policies.

Account RegistrationSome digital services may require registration or submission of information such as name, mobile number, email address, address, patient information, appointment details, or other relevant information.You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through an online form or account is accurate.Where an account, portal, password, OTP, or other authentication mechanism is used, you should keep access credentials confidential.You must notify THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB if you believe that your account or personal information has been accessed without authorization.THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB may suspend access to an account where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, security risks, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Subscription Renewal & TerminationTHYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB may, where appropriate, offer recurring service arrangements, wellness packages, institutional arrangements, digital subscriptions, or other periodic services.Where recurring payment applies, the renewal frequency and applicable charges will be communicated before or at the time of enrollment.A customer may request cancellation according to the applicable service terms.THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB may suspend or terminate a digital service where:Required payments remain outstanding;The customer materially breaches these Terms;The account is being misused;There is a significant security risk;Required third-party technology becomes unavailable;Continued service would violate law or platform policy.Termination will not remove obligations that arose before termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSTHYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB may use WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp Business Platform, RCS for Business, or related communication channels for legitimate customer interactions such as appointment information, service notifications, report-related notifications, customer support, reminders, and other communications that are appropriate to the customer’s relationship with the laboratory.Where WhatsApp Business Platform is used, business-initiated conversations must follow applicable WhatsApp requirements, including the use of approved message templates where required. WhatsApp’s current Business Messaging Policy requires businesses to obtain appropriate opt-in permission before contacting users and to honor requests to stop, block, or opt out.THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB will not knowingly use messaging facilities to send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited communications.Where RCS for Business is used, the laboratory’s business identity and use case should be accurately represented. Google’s RCS for Business policy requires appropriate user notice and consent before soliciting users and requires businesses to honor opt-out requests.The RCS platform also requires businesses to maintain records of consent and withdrawal and to provide a practical method for users to revoke consent.Third-party platforms independently control their own approval, technical availability, pricing, security mechanisms, and enforcement procedures. Therefore, THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, delivery, or continued functionality of any particular WhatsApp or RCS account, agent, template, or feature.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance PolicyTHYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB aims to make communications relevant, expected, accurate, and appropriate.Electronic communications may include:Appointment confirmations;Appointment reminders;Sample-collection information;Report-availability notifications;Service-related notices;Customer-support responses;Payment or transaction information;Other communications directly connected with requested services.Where promotional communications are sent, the applicable consent and opt-out requirements will be followed.Customers should be able to stop promotional communications through an appropriate opt-out method. Where an applicable messaging platform supports commands such as “STOP”, users may use those mechanisms to request cessation of communications.Google’s RCS policy expressly requires agents to promptly process and honor opt-out requests, while its guidance recommends maintaining an internal opt-out list.Message delivery can be affected by:Network availability;Mobile-device compatibility;Carrier restrictions;Platform outages;Spam filtering;Incorrect contact information;Account restrictions;Template approval;Technical failures.Accordingly, THYROCARE PATHOLOGY LAB cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or successfully.
